Why Qualifying Exclusion Work Can Carry Up to 10 Years of Protection

Trapping addresses active rodents, while structural exclusion corrects the openings they use to enter. When listed as eligible in the signed customer agreement, qualifying rodent exclusion repairs may receive protection for up to ten years. The agreement controls the covered entry points, duration, inspection requirements, exclusions, transferability, customer responsibilities and warranty-service process.

1

What Is Covered

Coverage applies only to qualifying rodent exclusion repairs and access points specifically identified as eligible in the signed agreement.

2

Duration

Eligible work may receive protection for up to ten years, subject to the written terms.

3

Exclusions

New damage, unapproved alterations, inaccessible areas and conditions outside the agreed scope may be excluded.

4

Inspection and Service Requirements

Keep required inspection and maintenance appointments stated in the agreement; missed requirements may affect coverage.

5

Transferability

Do not assume the warranty transfers to a new owner. Transfer is available only when the signed agreement expressly allows it and its transfer steps are completed.

6

Customer Responsibilities

Keep records, provide reasonable access, report suspected activity promptly and avoid altering covered repairs or creating new openings.

7

Removal and Cleanup

Trapping, animal removal, sanitation, insulation and unrelated wildlife work are not automatically included in exclusion-repair coverage.

8
